Deacon Grayson is married to Marian and they have two sons and one grandson. He was ordained in July 2000. He works with the Youth Ministry.

Deacon Watts is married to Ruby and they have four children.  He was ordained in June 1984 and he works with the Women's Ministry.

Eddie Nelson

Deacon Nelson is married to Mattie and they have two sons.  He was ordained in March 1992 and in the Deacon works with the Trustee Ministry.

Deacon Hopper is married to Juanita and they have two sons.  He was ordained in August 1966.  He works with the Usher Ministry.

Deacon Peay is married to Geraldine (Jeri). He was ordained in March 1999. He works with the Sunday School Ministry.

Albert L. Wright

Deacon Wright is married to Betty and they have one son and one daughter.  He was ordained in November 2011.  He works with the Senior Ministry.

Shirley A. J. Gladden

Deacon Gladden is Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church's first female ordained deacon. She was ordained on January 12, 2025, and works with the Women's Ministry.

Dennis E. Grays

Deacon Grays was ordained on January 12, 2025. He is married to Lynda R. Grays. They have three daughters: Donnetta L. Grays, Donnie L. Huggins, and Denise L. Lyles. They have five grandchildren. Deacon Grays serves as vice president of the Usher ministry and a member of the Brotherhood and Trustee ministry.
